A busy day in Ullapool Primary…

We’ve had a Day of Dance with Nigel May, all classes were involved.  In assembly we were joined by Jenny Grant our local Ranger and Laura from the Marine Conservation Society, they taught us about the importance of flame shell creatures to our local reefs.  Maree Todd MSP, was present as she has taken on a role within the Scottish Parliament to aid the conservation of the flame shell.   Silas and Josh presented Ms Todd with two flame shell picture frames to hang in her offices in Edinburgh and in Dingwall.  Silas and Josh were in turn presented with prizes from Laura for their winning frames.  To see photos click on the links.
